Mission Statement

We believe every project is a union between the client and the consultant.

Once a brief is established with the consultant, the client can focus on developing their business, whilst the consultant uses his experience to supply a professional contribution to the completion of the project.

At GFD, we offer experience and knowledge in a professional manner, on all aspects of Catering Design and Project Management.

The Practice

Was established in 1999 and specialises in the design and project management of all aspects of food and beverage service.

Created by Guillaume Oates, who has had over thirty years experience working in the hospitality and catering equipment industries both in Ireland and the United Kingdom.

We also have a formal arrangement with G. M. Associates who specialise in management advisory service consultancy, a natural extension of our skills on projects where advice is required on operational and management aspects. This includes Health and Safety Systems, Hygiene and H.A.C.C.P certification.

GFD Associates specialises in the design, project co-ordination, and management of all aspects of foodservice facilities.

The service can be all-embracing or adjusted to comply with the particular requirements of the Client. The service extends to Hotels, Clubs, Restaurants, Staff Restaurants, Food Courts, Hospitals, Educational and Institutional establishments and Airport Catering.
